With a great eye and strong passion for what she does, Holly Ward is an integral part of the Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach team as the Office Manager.
Holly has been with the Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach office for 6 years. She has a high dedication on ensuring the team is always performing at their absolute best & providing the upmost professionalism to the RWBB network.
Holly has a passion in watching her colleagues grow in their careers & has a high dedication in ensuring the team reach their goals. She is consistently bringing fresh ideas to the table & implementing regular training to ensure that the Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach team remain one step ahead of competition. The team keeps her on her toes with habitually wanting to progress their skills, and she loves it!
Holly works very closely to the highly experienced Directors, Jason Taylor & Keiran Speed, of Richardson & Wrench Bondi Beach focusing on the growth & continuation of a successful business which provides the RWBB network with a premium service like no other.
Holly was recently awarded the 2020 Winner of Most Outstanding Office Manager which is a testament to her hard work and experience. She has since been awarded finalist for the same award in 2021 & 2022.
With a background of marketing and previously working in the office as a marketing coordinator, Holly also works on ensuring the office remains a well-presented business and all properties are marketed to their absolute highest potential. Holly is consistently utilising the best marketing tools to provide clients with premium service. She has a great work ethic, is known to be a perfectionist with her work and does not shy from a challenge. She thoroughly enjoys seeing client’s experience a stress free and exciting campaign and also loves showcasing absolutely everything a property has to offer and then watching that property become a home.
